Excellent experience there. Fairly clean hotel with marvellous location in Toledo near the main bus station. Large bathroom in the spacious room. The staff was friendly, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Public parking nearby provided. Everything perfect.

We had a fantastic stay in a well-located hotel in the heart of this beautiful city. The hotel is close to everything, including the main square where all the tours start. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the comfortable bed was a plus. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we had access to a small lift, which was convenient for carrying our belongings. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel is in a nice building near Plaza Zocodover, the main square where all the tours start. It has an excellent position close to a fantastic coffee shop. - Just steps away from a medieval castle and other tourist attractions.

The staff was helpful. My room was impeccably clean with a private bathroom. - the hotel is centrally located. - the hotel is within walking distance of Terraza del Miradero, where I enjoyed a drink or two.

Great hotel - friendly staff, central location and excellent value for money.
My only complaint was the noise level in the morning - not from the street but from staff and families with young children clattering in and out of the other rooms from early on. Since we were on the first floor it was extremely noisy. Other than that though, everything was perfect!

Perfect location, only a short walk to many attractions in the city. Clean and secure facilities, providing a sense of safety during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The communication with the staff was quite poor, especially when it came to directions and parking information. It would have been helpful if they had provided clear instructions on where to park and the names/addresses of nearby car parks.
